Eco-Friendly Recycled Fabrics

Giving New Life to Old Threads

Eco-friendly recycled fabrics represent a sustainable innovation in textile production—transforming pre- and post-consumer textile waste into valuable new materials. Through a mechanical process, discarded fabrics and yarns are broken down into fibres using high-speed drums equipped with steel pins. This process involves careful pre-treatment, segregation, and repeated passes to achieve fibre-level separation without the use of chemicals.

Once reclaimed, these fibres are spun into yarns and woven or knitted into fresh fabric, ready for use in garments and home furnishings. This closed-loop method not only minimizes waste and diverts textiles from landfills, but also significantly reduces resource consumption and overall production costs.

At RIPL, we champion the circular economy by incorporating recycled materials into our offerings—helping brands reduce their environmental footprint while maintaining style and quality. Our recycled fabrics stand as proof that fashion can be both innovative and responsible.
